The third day you will have a choice of taking a class from me or one from Sarah!

My full day class is a brand new one.....retreat goers will get the first shot at this fun class called: Rivet, Embellish & Express....a necklace piece that makes a real statement!

My half day class is a fabulous ring class called Wrap It & Bling it Ring!

In case you are worried....both of my classes are for all skill levels....if you are comfortable with metal and wire or not....you will have a great time and a successful finished piece you will wear with pride! 

We have very limited space in this retreat so don't hesitate to pull the trigger and sign up!

Okay, we have set the dates for an amazing artists retreat- Oct. 23-26.  Although all the details haven't been worked out yet...we will be putting on a retreat with Sarah Thompson (check out here etsy site-Sarahndippity) and myself as instructors in an amazing mountain setting here in Washington state.  We will be announcing soon how to sign up...but know we only have 32 spaces and it will be first come first serve on this incredibly fun event.  If you are interested in getting the information on this retreat, email me at Tracyastanley@hotmail.com and I will put you on our VIP email list.  More to come soon!

I am currently focused on getting ready for Bead and Button.  For those of you that are coming and are still looking for a fun class or two to take, I still have room in my classes and would love to have you join me!

Last but not least...we are getting closer and closer to my lovely daughters wedding!  I really can't wait until I can focus all of my attention on this.  She and Zach(her wonderful husband to be) are two of the best people in the whole wide world!  I just can't wait until it is all official!

Okay....I'm back.  Of course I realize that I am really awful at keeping up with all of the blogging stuff, but I really am going to try to make an effort this time!

Things are getting closer.  Had to make the decision to chill out and have an official opening after I get back from Bead and Button.....no big deal!

So much got done this week!  Bringing tools over to the new studio....finding no less than 15 plastic mallets....hummmm...why I ask myself...why so many????  Discovering tools I didn't know I had...like this corrugater....who knew!

I wonder how many other things I am going to uncover? 
My studio is set up with things around it that make me smile and make my heart sing....so my angels....butterfly pictures from Thailand....

Even some of my collection of African masks......none of these things important to the work...just important to my soul!
I am also lucky to have a separate space for my tools and supplies....a place to organize and store all the things that don't have to be out all the time.

As you can see even Bogey is worn out from all of this moving and organizing!

We are getting close to being able to welcome students into the space....still a few details that need to be finished up with the rest of the space.....some space remodeling....things beyond my control....that's okay..it will give me time to really get organized and set for running classes and creating new and wonderful pieces!

My brain is so full of new pieces I want to create!  Stay tune!

Getting closer!

Every day brings me a day closer to opening my new studio!
If you haven't heard....I am opening a studio in Kirkland Washington that I will be teaching out of and offering open studio time.  I am hoping to be open for business by the middle of May....although that date may change as the rest of the space ( a spectacular hair salon) may not be ready for occupancy.  I am keeping my fingers that things go smoothly and all inspections are passed!
I already have a few people scheduled to come in for classes from outside the area this summer.
